Always Be Here shows off Gemma Rose’s range as she belts a catchy topline over effortlessly smooth drums and reese basses topped with harmonic pad and lead layers. Bliss!
Frequent Macky Gee collaborator (including on his second most streamed track of all time Aftershock) Stuart Rowe breathes energy into his performance over the hardest of the 3 Locoda originals on this EP. Showing they have as much skill with Dancefloor as they do with liquid, Locoda mix heavy basslines with robust drums and euphoric leads.
From euphoria to melancholy next as Harriet Middleton and rapper RVS take the mic on this liquid track. Rhythmic percussive element drive the track over droning basslines and excellent vocal composition between the two brilliant vocalists. Sounds better every time you hear it.
Lastly, Spanish dancefloor filler Debice has remixed the title track to devastating effect. Big lead sounds make your hair stand on end against the backdrop of Gemma’s beautiful vocals. Perfect for the festival and the afterparty.
