DNB Noize would like to introduce the second Dj / PRODUCER to be featured on our front page, co-founder of the infamous ROGUE SEQUENCE digital download online label and one of the first DNBNOIZE residents we are proud to present this months "artist of the month" ... DYAZIDE ...

DYAZIDE, 27 from south east england has been dj-ing for over 9 years, first introduced to mainstream dnb back in 1999 by DJ KLR he went on to form "MUTATE RECORDINGS" with KLR, and a few other like minded heads, mutate stormed ahead in the early years promoting events and working hard in the studio, DYAZIDE was quick to get into production and collaborated with a vast number of artists in an effort to learn more about production and computer based sequencing.

In 2001 DYAZIDE was introduced to fellow dnb head LOWKEY, based in Nottingham LOWKEY was hard at work promoting "KOMBINATION FUNK", one of the darkest dnb nights in the country, LOWKEY booked DYAZIDE to play at his night and DYAZIDE did not dissapoint, shortly afterwards LOWKEY approached DYAZIDE with the offer of a a bi monthly residency @ KF which DYAZIDE held until the close of KF in 2008.

With a secure residency in place DYAZIDE proceeded to set about making some serious beats and co founded "BRUTAL RECORDINGS" with LOWKEY, SOUL INTENT, VACCINE, AWAX & AGENT SMITH who all produced under the collaborative name DATASET, after the first 2 brutal releases sold out BRUTAL ran into distribution problems and the artists involved remained close but all went on to pursue individual projects within the music business.

Fast forward to 2008 and with his residency comin to an end, DYAZIDE approached a like minded freind SMYLA with an idea for a free music download label and ROGUE SEQUENCE was born, fed up with dealing with distributors and label bosses DYAZIDE & SMYLA decided to cut out the middle men completely and offer quality music 100% free of charge via digital downloads.

In mid 2008 DYAZIDE was approached by DJ-K with a fresh concept for a new radio station, impressed with K's similar "no nonsense" approach DYAZIDE came aboard and was one of the very first dj's to ever broadcast on the station, comin strong with his unique brand of "hard tech dnb" DYAZIDE pounds out the beats every saturday 4-6pm on www.dnbnoize.com.
